About the Role:

Reporting to the Manager, Intercompany Accounting, the Intercompany – Accounts Executive will support intercompany accounting close activities, reconciliations, and issue resolution across global entities. This role plays a key part in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement of intercompany accounting processes within the Global Financial Shared Services (GFSS) team.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and intercompany counterparts to investigate variances, resolve discrepancies, and maintain solid controls in line with Wiley’s global accounting standards.

How you will make an impact:




Perform intercompany accounting activities including reconciliations, journal entries, and netting processes
Prepare, review, and upload intercompany journal entries in line with accounting standards and global policies
Investigate and resolve intercompany differences, including aged and disputed items
Coordinate with global counterparts to explicit reconciling items and ensure timely resolution
Obtain required approvals for debit/credit notes to offset variances
Review intercompany reconciliations and escalate unresolved issues as per escalation matrix
Support preparation of intercompany reports, KPIs, and audit requirements
Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across regions
Support transition of current intercompany activities into the Accounting Shared Services Center (ASC) and assist with documentation and stabilization
