Job Description
Handle Zone wise Installations pending for both Current & Shifting connections
Monitor and track Zone wise availability of Cat5e & Fiber teams
Adherence and maintenance of100 % quality on Call and updates in CRM
Manage Branch requirement Tracking (Man, Machine, Material)




Responsible to ensure that ROC provides Cat5e consumption to store on time
Responsible for tracking ROC’s 100% productivity
Conducting Reviews on Installations with ROC & AI-R
Conducting Reviews with Vendor teams in branch
Tracking of Cat5e consumption through CRM
Handling escalations related to Recent & Shifting connections
Tracking of Nodal, Wrong ticket escalations
Coordinates with Store Incharge for material
Take update on the pending fiber connections from FTL and fiber teams' availability

This position plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency through management of material and time consumption, quality adherence and bringing in areas of improvement for process betterment in the organization
