Job Description:

We are seeking a energetic and goal-oriented Relationship Manager to join our Direct Marketing Life Insurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving insurance sales through direct marketing channels, building lasting customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, promoting suitable life insurance products to meet their financial protection needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of life insurance products through direct marketing strategies
Identify potential customers and generate leads through cold calling, references, and online platforms
Build and maintain robust customer relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention




Understand customer financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance plans
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and personal meetings
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and industry trends
Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory guidelines
Coordinate with underwriting and customer service teams to resolve client issues
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in insurance sales or financial services preferred
Robust interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Self-motivated with a customer-first attitude
