Treasury Analyst EMEA

Role reports to: Sr Manger International Accounting

Purpose

You would be part of our finance team and report to the Sr Manager –
International Accounting and closely work with EMEA Tax & Treasury Manager who
is located in the International Headquarters located in Utrecht, the
Netherlands. You will be a dedicated resource supporting day-to-day treasury
activities, ranging from cash reporting, cash forecasting, as well as more
administrative tasks. This job gives the candidate a unique prospect to
build the policy and governance around Treasury for the EMEA region from
scratch, since Medline EMEA is building up the treasury function, with a solid
cooperation and support from the US HQ Treasury team.

Activities & Responsibilities

Cash & Liquidity Management
Monitor daily cash positions for multiple EMEA entities and prepare
consolidated liquidity reports.
Assist transition from the excel-based forecasting to an automated,




software-based forecasting.
Manage cash forecasting processes, ensuring timely and accurate submission
of short‑term and long‑term forecasts.
Be the “first preparer” of the forecast with the weekly review process,
including adjusting the forecast.
Plan and prepare funding and repatriation movements based on group
liquidity needs.2. Payment & Banking Operations
Administer bank portals, user access, and transaction entitlements in
coordination with global Treasury.
Ensure bank account documentation is maintained (KYC, signatory updates,
mandated documentation).
Assist with bank account opening and closure process.
Support compliance with internal controls, audit requests, and SOX
documentation.3. FX & Risk Management
Assist with FX deal execution, trade confirmations, and settlement
processes.
