• Responsible for predesign services like conducting feasibility studies , specifying the requirements to be met by the design .
• Collaborate with other designers within the team to collectively come up with design pitches and concepts uplifting the Smartworks brand .
• Responsible for the development of design successfully in different phases, without compromising on quality, budget, & schedule. • Active participation in project meetings and Client presentations
• Responsible for providing quality control and reviewing design documentation and timely delivery of deliverables.
Experience Required :
• Applicant should be from Design education background • Should have 2 - 5 years experience in managing commercial projects
• Should have positive communication & presentation skills • Should be versatile to work to meet business needs • Must have practical knowledge of Autocad, Google sketchup, V ray & REVIT
