Requirements
Experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant with approximately 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP ECC 6.0 implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support projects.
Deliver Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) solutions, drive process improvements, collaborate with business stakeholders, and support manufacturing operations within automotive and engineering environments.
Configure, implement, and support SAP PP and QM modules in SAP ECC 6.0.
Analyze business requirements and design effective production planning and quality management solutions.
Lead the optimization of manufacturing processes, workflows,



and system configurations to improve operational efficiency.
Manage and maintain critical master data, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), Routings, Work Centers, and Inspection Plans.
Support and maintain integrations with third-party applications, interfaces, and workflow solutions.
Collaborate closely with business users and stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery and adoption.
Work effectively within cross-functional and Agile teams to support project and operational objectives.
Provide functional expertise in automotive and engineering manufacturing processes and best practices.
Deliver end-user training, create functional documentation, and provide ongoing support and issue resolution.
Robust hands-on experience with SAP PP and QM modules in SAP ECC 6.0.
Expertise in SAP PP processes, including: Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Work Center Scheduling, Shop Flo
