Deep craft in your area of expertise — whatever that area is

Bonus if you:
Have worked in early-stage or scaling startups (0→1 or 1→10)
Have exposure to AI, SaaS, or the market research industry
Have hands-on experience with survey platforms (Qualtrics, Forsta/Confirmit, Decipher) or research operations
