Responsibilities:-
Machine design
Design, develop, and optimize machines for chemical process industries using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
Prepare machine layouts for proposal team to bid for various projects.
3d modelling & drafting
Create detailed 3D models, technical drawings, and CAD files for machine components, assemblies, and complete systems.
Prototype development
Collaborate with the prototype team to bring designs to life and troubleshoot any design-related issues.
Technical specifications
Develop and maintain accurate documentation, including machine specifications, materials, and assembly instructions
Testing & validation
Work with the R&D; and testing teams to validate machine functionality, ensure design compliance, and perform modifications when necessary.
Product improvement
Analyse existing designs and recommend improvements to increase performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
Collaboration
Work closely with production, assembly, and quality and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
Compliance & standards.
Ensure that all designs meet industry standards, safety that all designs meet industry st regulations, and environmental requirements
