Job Description
Overview of the role:
We are looking for Delivery Manager who is extremely passionate about project mgmt./delivery mgmt using Agile methodology for our wide range of cloud-based web / mobile B2B & B2C products targeted towards a wide range of industries and applications. Internal projects/products are also in scope.
You will be based in our current ground-breaking innovation hub with an atmosphere of start-up and get an chance to work and collaborate with internal and external technology specialist in areas of AI, IOT, VR/AR.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall delivery of project/products [ more than one]
Work with SM/PM, Product owners to resolve delivery issues
Focus on Delivery governance and KPI
Lead small group of people and manage their career
Provide inputs to HoS on staffing, hiring, training needs
Monitor the billing topics
Work with assigned vendors on offers, staffing, billing topics
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
Ensure the delivery processes are followed by delivery teams
Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.
Gets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.
