Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and technically proficient Business Intelligence (BI) Officer to join our Data & Analytics team. This role requires solid expertise in ETL processes, data warehousing, and data visualization, along with hands-on experience in both on-premise and AWS cloud BI environments. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of modern BI tools and have domain exposure to sectors like banking, financial services, telecom, government, aviation, or technology consulting.
Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)
Robust experience in ETL development and workflow design
Proficiency in data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and architecture
Hands-on with SQL, PL/SQL, and Python for data manipulation
Experience with big data tools such as Spark, Hive, Kafka, HDFS, and NiFi
Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau
Familiarity with data governance, data validation, and security standards




Experience with structured and unstructured datasets
Positive-to-Have Skills (Optional)
Experience with NoSQL databases and traditional RDBMS
Familiarity with Scala and data lake architectures
Understanding of CI/CD practices in BI solution deployments
Relevant certifications in AWS, BI tools, or Data Engineering
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in BI development or data engineering
Experience working in on-premise as well as AWS cloud environments
Exposure to one or more of the following sectors is highly preferred:
