Project Monitoring & Operational Controlling
Financial Reporting: Ensure reporting consistency across operations, fabrication, sourcing, and participating entities for Financial Project Review validation.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor and report the cash flow of the contract and manage foreign exchange exposures.
Site Forecasting: Build site forecasts based on the individual project projections.
Revenue & Margin Protection: Provide early warnings for probable Gross Margin variations and ensure robust documentation for Non-Agreed Variation Orders.
Financial Strategy & Business Partnership
Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic business partner to support the project team in managing contracts with support functions, banks, and financial institutions.
Cash Optimization: Optimize "cash-in" and "cash-out" by analyzing contract billing milestones and identifying optimal interpretation options with the Contract Manager.
Negotiation Support: Contribute to the negotiation of variation orders, including internal costing and customer pricing.




Performance Analysis: Perform analysis on actuals, targets, and forecasts to ensure achievement of project objectives and propose action plans to improve financial positions.
Treasury & Governance
Bonds & Guarantees: Manage performance bonds and guarantees in coordination with the Treasury Team.
Risk & Prospect Reporting: Properly report risks, savings, and prospects within project financials.
Rule Guardianship: Ensure project reviews are held in accordance with procedures to maintain consistency and compliance.
Implementation of Global Standards
Standard Development: Implement and further develop global standards for project controlling within the region to facilitate transparency and accountability.
Operational Integration: Foster close relationships between local operations and project controlling teams from tender to project closure
