Job Description
Group Executive: Human Capital (GE: HC) in the Executive Management Committee who will be responsible for the development and implementation of a human capital strategy for the organization. The GE: HC will ensure that the world-class human resource management practices, systems and tools that create an enabling and supportive workplace for the human capital to deliver on the CSI’s mandate and strategic priorities
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and a post graduate qualification in human resource management, or business management or science, engineering and technology management field is a requirement
At least ten years management experience, of which five years should be at an executive management level
Understanding aspects of strategic and operational management in a knowledge intensive organization
Possess sound understanding of HR related legislation and best practice
Well-developed leadership and management skills at executive management level.
Solid analytical, communication skills, change management, advanced interpersonal skills and networking skills
Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders in both the public and private sector
