Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in building and maintaining robust data solutions. The role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing ETL workflows using Informatica, Solid Oracle PL/SQL development skills along with DevSecOps and working with Generative AI development tools to support complex data processing needs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality, reliable data pipelines that power reporting, analytics, and business operations within a reinsurance team in Hyderabad, India.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop,



and maintain ETL workflows in Informatica to load data from multiple source systems
Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex Oracle PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages
Analyze business and data requirements and translate them into scalable technical data solutions
Performing data mapping, transformation logic design, and data validation to ensure high data quality
Tune ETL jobs and database queries for performance, scalability, and reliability
Work with large datasets related to Reinsurance
Monitor and support ETL jobs, perform root cause analysis, and resolve data issues quickly.
Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, DBAs, and reporting teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions
Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for version control and release management

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree with 8 or more years of experience in application software sol
