Supporting UK with bidding opportunities
Attending prospect calls with the UK
Attending discipline wise prospect calls with the UK regions
Key point of contact with the UK business, direct liaison with UK BIM team, and promoting the GCC and ensuring its success.
Divisional Resource Management – GCC utilisation
Representing the UK BSV business within the wider Indian Business
Developing interaction within the wider GCC CAD & BIM team




Deliver capabilities presentation to the UK & the wider GCC
Provide training to the BS team and wider GCC in BIM related (REVIT. BIM 360, ACC, Standardisation)
Creative process of BIM workflow
Implementing the new technologies for improving business efficiency
Involving audit process
Providing lesson learnt session to the team
Staff/Team Development – support, training, nurturing
Perform cap skills validation of CAD & BIM team members
Setting explicit goals to the BIM / CAD team for both performance and development align with business requirements
Retention and succession plan for the team

Responsibilities
Managing small, medium and large-scale BIM Models for Mechanical, Electrical and PH services using Revit MEP by agreeing drawing strategy, type and size of drawings and drawing numbering with project engineer, and suggesting methods of drawing production to ensure productive methods of workin
