About the Role:

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Work Model: Hybrid (In office presence required)

We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant to work closely with authors, referees, and our in-house editors throughout the publication process.

How you will make an impact:
Be an active member of a global editorial team, collaborate with other editorial colleagues to support journal publication
Provide administrative support for in-house editors throughout the whole publication process, from manuscript submission until final publication
Communicate with international editors, authors,



and reviewers to support and guide them through the publication process
Track submissions through the editorial process
Prepare manuscripts for peer reviewing and checking their completeness and correctness according to specified, formal, and technical guidelines
Ideally, being familiar with manuscript submission/peer review systems

We are looking for people who have:
Excellent communication skills in English (written/verbal)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and related software, and a willingness to learn current software programs
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
Talent to work independently as well as part of a team
Previous experience working in publishing would be an advantage.
