The Role
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager with over 10 years of expertise in building, designing, implementing, and driving strategic learning initiatives that enhance employee capability and business performance.



The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing enterprise-wide learning strategies, leading leadership development programs, managing learning technologies, and fostering a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
Work You’ll Do
Develop and execute the organization’s Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives
Identify training gaps through stakeholder discussions, performance insights, employee feedback, and business requirements.
Design, develop, and implement targeted learning programs to address skill gaps and enhance employee capabilities.
Conduct organization-wide training needs analysis and competency gap assessments
Design and implement leadership development, functional capability-building, and behavioral learning programs
Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify capability-building priorities
Manage the end-to-end learning life
