Role Overview

The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by expanding the companys wholesale network across India. The role focuses on strategic business development, key account management, dealer network expansion, and consistent order generation for gold and diamond jewellery collections.

The ideal candidate will have robust industry connections, a deep understanding of jewellery market dynamics, and the ability to lead client relationships at scale.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Expansion
Identify, onboard, and develop new retail jewellers, distributors, and jewellery chains
Build and expand a solid B2B dealer/distribution network across regional and national markets




Drive consistent revenue growth through new market penetration and territory expansion
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets
Key Account Management
Manage and grow relationships with key jewellery retailers and high-value clients
Ensure repeat business through strong engagement and service
Understand client requirements, buying patterns, and regional preferences
Act as a single point of contact for major accounts
Sales & Revenue Generation
Present and promote gold and diamond jewellery collections to B2B clients
Negotiate pricing, margins, and commercial terms to maximize profitability
Drive order generation and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution from order to dispatch
Order & Operations Coordination
Work closely with production, merchandising, and dispatch teams
Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance of orders
Monitor order lifecycle
