Job Title: Airport Ground Staff

Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground handling team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the airport. This is an entry-level position, ideal for freshers who are looking to kickstart their career in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates
Handle baggage and cargo, including loading and unloading from aircraft
Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings
Provide excellent customer service to passengers and handle any inquiries or complaints
Assist with aircraft pushback and towing




Conduct safety checks and inspections of the aircraft and ground equipment
Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure timely and efficient operations
Adhere to all safety and security regulations and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy baggage and cargo
Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Basic computer skills
Knowledge of a foreign language is a plus
No prior experience required, training will be provided

Contract Details:
This is a full time position with a competitive salary and perks package. The contract will be for an initial period of 1 year, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
