Job Description: Senior Manager – Sponsorship & Partnerships
Role Summary
Drive sponsorship revenue and long-term brand partnerships across marquee exhibition portfolios. This role owns the complete sponsorship lifecycle—from high-value outbound business development and custom pitch curation to cross-show upselling and on-ground execution.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation: Achieve assigned sponsorship targets by identifying, negotiating, and closing recent commercial opportunities and customized packages.
Portfolio Cross-Promotion: Create bundled, multi-show sponsorship opportunities to maximize brand participation across the entire event portfolio.
Business Development: Hunt for current leads via aggressive outbound outreach (cold calling, networking, industry events) and pitch directly to CXOs, Marketing Heads, and Brand Managers.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy, accurately forecasted sales pipeline within the CRM, driving strong proposal-to-conversion ratios.
Delivery & Customer Success:
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all on-ground branding and digital deliverables are flawlessly executed, driving sponsor ROI and high renewal rates.

Requirements
Candidate Profile
Experience: 8–10 years in Sponsorship Sales, Exhibition Sales, Media Sales, or B2B Event Partnerships.
Target Industries: Exhibitions, Large-scale Events, Media & Advertising, or Corporate Summits.
Core Skills: C-Suite pitching, high-stakes negotiation, strategic pipeline management (CRM), and end-to-end client servicing.
Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales is preferred (Graduates with a stellar track record will also be considered).
