Job Overview:

As a Passenger Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers at Kolkata Airport. You will be the first point of contact for passengers, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free journey through the airport. Your main duties will include assisting with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling, as well as providing information and assistance to passengers throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas
Ensure all passengers have valid travel documents and assist with any necessary paperwork




Handle and resolve any customer inquiries or complaints in a skilled and timely manner
Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, delays, and gate changes
Assist with the boarding process, including verifying passenger tickets and boarding passes
Handle baggage, including tagging, loading, and unloading onto the correct flights
Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings at all times
Collaborate with other airport staff, including ground crew and flight attendants, to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Follow all company and industry regulations and procedures to maintain a secure and secure environment for all passengers and staff

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skill
