Job Title: Executive Secretary to Managing Director (Fresher)

Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Executive Secretary to the Managing Director to provide administrative and coordination support. This is an excellent chance for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in executive administration and corporate operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare meeting agendas.
Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document management.
Prepare reports, presentations, MIS data, and business documents as required.
Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and transportation for official visits.
Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Maintain confidential records and sensitive business information.




Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Organize office files, documents, and records systematically.
Assist in event coordination, client visits, and management meetings.
Support the Managing Director in day-to-day administrative activities.
Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Arts, or any relevant discipline.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Good communication skills in English and local language.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
