About the role
We are a small but focused design team. Our goal is to completely redefine the user experience of greenhouse robotics and automated greenhouses. This includes:
Making our products, both physical and digital, aesthetically pleasing
Polishing every touchpoint of our brand
Making sure every UI interaction is straightforward, tactile, effortless and rapid
Communicating ideas in a clear, understandable, beautiful way

What we are looking for
We are looking for an exceptional 3D / motion designer with a robust work ethic to join our team. Apply if you:
Are ready to constantly grow and learn, no matter if it's new software or techniques
Have robust design fundamentals - layout, typography, colors, flow of lines & shapes, focal points and how those are applicable across different design disciplines




Have strong understanding of lighting, easing and composition in 3D context
Are ready to take on a task even if you have little or no expertise in the area. You have to be ready to learn fast, fail and iterate
Have one or more of the following in your software stack: Blender, Rive, Cavalry, After Effects, Davinci Resolve. Blender knowledge is mandatory
Are a self-starter who can figure stuff out when needed instead of finding reasons why you can't
Are a team player and do not take criticism personally
