Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Facilities & Infrastructure Specialist with solid technical expertise and sound judgment. This role involves performing complex maintenance and operations on critical infrastructure, with a deep understanding of standard procedures and best practices. The ideal candidate will provide expert support to the team while ensuring high reliability of mission-critical systems.





Responsibilities
Facility & Infrastructure Maintenance
Perform specialized preventive and corrective maintenance on critical facility systems and components
Execute moderately complex repairs, installations, inspections, and troubleshooting of essential infrastructure
Monitor the Building Management System (BMS), promptly resolve alarms, and address specialized issues that require significant judgment
Operate and maintain plumbing, fire suppression, and life-safety systems
Identify and implement energy efficiency improvement measures
Work independently on assignments that demand considerable initiative and technical judgment while making valuable recommendations for solutions

Vendor Management & Support
Coordinate and supervise vendors to ensure all maintenance activities meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
Oversee the work approval process, including pre-work briefings, real-t
