Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical BIM Specialist - Mechanical to join our team in Mumbai, India.



In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models for mechanical systems, ensuring productive and accurate representation of HVAC and other mechanical components in building projects.
Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for mechanical systems using Autodesk Revit MEP and other relevant software
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs into overall building models
Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between mechanical systems and other building components
Create detailed shop drawings and construction documents from BIM models
Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and company BIM protocols
Participate in project meetings and coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors
Continuously improve BIM processes and workflows for mechanical systems
Provide technical support and guidanc
