Airstriprealtech is a leading aviation company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to kickstart their career in the aviation industry.
As a part of our Airport Ground Staff team, you will be responsible for assisting passengers and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the airport. Your main duties will include:
Greeting and welcoming passengers at the airport
Assisting passengers with check-in, baggage drop, and boarding procedures
Providing information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
Ensuring the safety and security of passengers and their luggage
Handling and resolving customer complaints and queries
Coordinating with other airport staff, including ground crew and air traffic controllers, to ensure timely departures and arrivals
Conducting security checks on passengers and their luggage
Assisting in the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo from the aircraft
Maintaining a clean and organized airport workplace
Adhering to all safety and security procedures as per company and regulatory guidelines
Requirements:
Minimum qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced and dynamic environment
Basic computer skills
Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage and stand for long periods
No prior experience required, freshers are welcome to apply
