Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Ground Staff Ticket Checker or Cabin Crew to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position that requires individuals who are passionate about the aviation industry and excel in providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates
Check and verify passengers' tickets and travel documents
Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other inquiries
Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during the flight




Conduct pre-flight checks and assist with the boarding process
Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Adhere to all safety and security protocols and procedures
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic setting
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage when necessary
Fluent in English and knowledge of other languages is a plus
Valid passport and able to obtain necessary travel documents and visas
Must pass a background check and drug test
