Reporting Line

The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) India reports directly to the Group CEO of PowerCurve ApS, Denmark.

Purpose of the Role

The CCO is responsible for developing and executing PowerCurve's commercial strategy in India, driving profitable growth, building strategic customer relationships, and establishing PowerCurve as a trusted partner within the Indian wind energy industry.

The role is responsible for all commercial activities including sales, business development, strategic partnerships, market intelligence, and brand development.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Growth
Develop and execute the commercial strategy for India.
Drive revenue growth and profitable business development.
Identify, qualify, and secure recent business prospects.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Develop and execute strategic account plans.

Strategic Partnerships
Identify and develop strategic partnerships that support commercial growth.
Negotiate and support commercial agreements with customers and partners.




Expand PowerCurve's market reach through collaboration with industry stakeholders.

Market Intelligence
Monitor market developments, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Identify opportunities and risks affecting the business.
Provide regular market insights and strategic recommendations to management.

Brand Development
Increase awareness of PowerCurve's products and solutions within the industry.
Represent the company at conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and customer events.
Support development of marketing and communication activities.

Operational Excellence
Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
Ensure effective use of company ERP, CRM, and reporting systems.
Support implementation of company policies, processes, and governance standards.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and HSQE requirements.
