We are seeking to hire a Sales & Business Development Executive with experience in

the architecture products, interior products, and building materials industry. The ideal candidate will

be responsible for managing sales activities and specifications which include identifying and developing leads,

meeting potential clients, and converting leads into successful business prospects. This role

demands a proactive approach to sales and a thorough understanding of the industry to effectively

drive growth and build lasting client relationship

Job Responsibilities:-

Lead Generation & Development:
Identify and research potential clients
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through various channels, including cold
calling, meetings, networking, and attending industry events.





Client Engagement:
Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable product
solutions.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Ensure customer satisfaction for all recent and existing clientele

Sales Conversion:
Convert leads into sales by effectively demonstrating product advantages and value propositions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies.
Provide feedback to the product development team to align offerings with market demand.

Sales Planning:
• Develop and implement sales tactics to achieve company targets and objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
