Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Engineer specializing in Tunnel Ventilation, Station Air-conditioning, and E&M; systems for our underground infrastructure project in Surat, India. This challenging role requires a detail-oriented skilled to oversee the design, installation,
and maintenance of critical systems in our underground facilities.
Design and implement tunnel ventilation systems, ensuring optimal air quality and safety standards are met
Develop and manage station air-conditioning systems to maintain comfortable environments for passengers and staff
Oversee the integration of electrical and mechanical (E&M;) systems throughout the underground infrastructure
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of all engineering aspects
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain project standards
Prepare technical reports, specifications, and design documents using AutoCAD and BIM software
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently
Troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering issues as they arise
Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations and standards
