About the Role
You will drive recent revenue growth by converting inbound leads, proactively building pipeline, and closing high-growth DTC brands. This role combines consultative selling, product understanding, and strong execution discipline. You will own new MRR targets, run a structured sales motion across channels,
and ensure a smooth handoff to customer success post-close.
Responsibilities
Own lead and opportunity conversion rate for inbound business across the European market
Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring a smooth handover to the customer success team for implementation
Act as a product and business consultant to merchants across Europe to win new business
Create your own pipeline and proactively source new business prospects beyond inbound leads
Directly own current MRR addition for the region
Ideal Profile
4+ years of experience in a sales development role in B2B companies in EMEA Market
Hands-on experience with multiple sales channels including LinkedIn, emails, cold calls
Strong hustler with very crisp written and verbal communication skills
