Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead an ambitious journey of building an organic FMCG brand from scratch to becoming a market leader. Reporting directly to the Directors, the CEO will oversee all facets of the business, driving growth, operational excellence, and brand prominence.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute a robust business strategy to establish the company as a leading organic FMCG brand.
Identify growth prospects, including product innovation, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
Drive a culture of innovation and customer-centricity across the organization.

Operational Management
Oversee all departments, including Production, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR.
Ensure the company operates with efficiency, high quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Set and achieve performance benchmarks across functions.

Brand Building
Lead efforts to create a robust, trusted, and recognizable organic brand.




Spearhead marketing and communication strategies to build market share and customer loyalty.

Financial Oversight
Ensure financial health and sustainability by driving revenue growth and cost optimization.
Lead fundraising and investor relations initiatives if required.
Regularly report financial and operational performance to the Directors.

Team Leadership
Build and nurture a high-performing leadership team.
Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and collaboration.
Implement talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract top talent.

Compliance and Sustainability
Ensure adherence to regulatory and industry standards.
Promote sustainable and ethical business practices, reflecting the values of an organic FMCG brand.

Key Qualifications
Proven track record as a CEO or senior executive in an FMCG or organic product company, with demonstrable success in scaling businesses.
