Solid experience in Oracle CCS (Customer Care & Billing / Customer Cloud Service) scripting and customization.
Proficiency in Oracle CCS development, business rules, and workflow scripting.
Experience with SQL/PLSQL and Oracle Database.
Ability to analyze business requirements and develop scalable solutions.
Positive troubleshooting, debugging, and production support skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred:
Experience in the Utilities domain.
Exposure to Oracle CCS implementation or upgrade projects.
