About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated SEO Associate with hands-on experience in SEO, AI SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and backlink building. The ideal candidate should have experience working on US/UK markets and be passionate about driving organic growth through both traditional and AI-driven SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, directory submissions, and other white-hat techniques.
Optimize website content for search engines as well as AI-powered search experiences.
Implement and manage Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies.
Improve website rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation.
Monitor website performance using SEO and analytics tools.




Conduct website audits and recommend technical improvements.
Work closely with content, marketing, and development teams.
Track and report SEO KPIs and campaign performance regularly.

Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
Solid experience in backlink building and off-page SEO.
Experience working with US and/or UK markets.
Knowledge of AI SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AIO (AI Optimization).
Hands-on experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Surfer SEO, Frase, etc.
Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and similar platforms for SEO optimization.
Valuable understanding of technical SEO concepts.
Robust analytical and communication skills.
