Responsibilities
Architect and modernize enterprise OMS solutions for global retail organizations
Lead client workshops, technical discovery sessions, and solution alignment discussions
Drive architecture decisions across order lifecycle management and fulfillment orchestration
Collaborate with cross-functional commerce, integration, and cloud engineering teams
Support presales activities, solution estimations, and technical proposal preparation




Contribute to enterprise commerce transformation initiatives with measurable business impact
Act as a trusted advisor in a client-facing role combining architecture, consulting, and delivery leadership

Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling OMS (must-have)
Experience with IBM Sterling OMS architecture, implementation, and retail commerce ecosystems is essential
Valuable understanding of the OMS ecosystem, including inventory, fulfillment, order orchestration, returns, and customer service processes
Experience working in enterprise retail and omnichannel commerce environments
Knowledge of integrations with eCommerce, ERP, CRM, WMS, and payment platforms
Understanding of solution design, APIs, integrations, and distributed architectures
Openness to work directly with enterprise clients and executive stakeholders
Experience translating business requirements into scala
