Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource OƯicer with 12â15 years of progressive HR

experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably with a solid corporate HR

background. The role requires close collaboration with plant leadership and corporate

management to build a productive, compliant, and high-performance work

setting.

Key Responsibilities:

ï· To implement HR strategies that support corporate growth.

ï· To standardise and enforce corporate HR policies, ensuring seamless integration

between corporate headquarters and manufacturing plants.

ï· Oversee executive and specialised technical hiring for key plant positions.

ï· To enforce KPIs and productivity metrics optimised for plant employees.

ï· Oversee competitive compensation and advantages structures, balancing market

competitiveness with manufacturing cost-eƯiciency





ï· Identify technical, behavioural, and leadership training needs and their

implementation.

ï· Evaluate training eƯectiveness, upgrade and maintain organisation-wide skill

matrices, and ensure all training records meet ISO compliance standards.

ï· Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters in accordance with

company policies.

ï· Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports.
