As a ServiceNow HR Solution Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing HR solutions using the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of HR processes, robust technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform, and the ability to lead and guide teams in delivering creative solutions.
Solution Design
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Design end-to-end HR processes, workflows, and automation using the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery module.
Technical Leadership
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams in implementing ServiceNow HR solutions.
Stay abreast of ServiceNow platform updates and ensure the HR solutions align with industry best practices.
Configuration and Customization:
Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet HR business needs, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow HR module and other HR systems.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow HR solutions.
Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of HR projects and initiatives.
Documentation
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ServiceNow HR solutions, including technical specifications, design documents, and user guides.
Training and Support
Provide training and support to end-users and other IT teams on ServiceNow HR solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow HR platform.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
