We are seeking a energetic and technically proficient Mold Technical Support Executive with a flair for marketing and solid communication skills. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on experience from production, quality, or service functions with a proactive approach to customer engagement, technical analysis, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit existing and new customers PAN India to gather detailed information on mold requirements, design updates, and ongoing projects.
Generate leads for new mold development from existing customers and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Interpret and understand engineering drawings, product dimensions,BOM and customer specifications.
Collect and interpret technical data to prepare mold proposals, feasibility reports, and quotations.
Actively engage in market research, competition tracking, and identifying new customer segments.
Provide technical support to customers for mold-related queries and applications.
Coordinate with internal teams to share customer feedback, support mold design improvements, and issue updated quotations.
Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing after-sales technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Share market intelligence with the sales and technical teams to support business growth and new product development.
Candidate Profile:
Age: Below 35 years
Experience: 2–7 years in Production (Assembly line), Quality, Service or combined roles in molding or tooling industries
Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical
Solid communication skills – verbal and written (English, Hindi)
Self-motivated, go-getter attitude, and target-driven personality
Willingness to travel at least 10 days per month across India
Passion for both technical problem-solving and marketing-oriented thinking
Sound understanding of mold tooling, plastic components, and injection molding proces
