WeYou X is seeking motivated MBA students to join our Human Resources team. Interns will gain practical exposure to talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, candidate engagement, onboarding support, HR operations, and employer branding.
Responsibilities:
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, and campus hiring channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment trackers and HR records.
Assist with onboarding activities and HR operations.
Support employer branding initiatives.
Requirements:
MBA (HR / Marketing / General Management)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Immediate joiners preferred
