The Role:
The Production Manager will oversee the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. This role involves managing the production team and coordinating with various departments to achieve production goals.
Manage daily production operations
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics
Develop and implement production schedules
Monitor production metrics and report on performance
Lead and mentor production staff

Team Structure: The Production Manager will report to the Operations Director and lead a team of production supervisors and operators.
