Job Description:

Position: Production Manager

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 4 – 6 Year

Industries: Medical Devices

Responsibilities:
Manage daily production activities and achieve production targets.
Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, GMP, SOPs, and quality standards.
Monitor production processes, manpower, machines, and material availability.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance, Stores, and Engineering teams.
Control rejection, wastage, downtime, and improve production efficiency.
Handle production deviations, CAPA, and corrective actions.
Ensure proper production documentation and traceability.
Train and supervise production staff on quality and safety procedures.
Support audits, validation, and recent product/process development.
Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

Required Skills:




trong knowledge of Medical Device manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
Working knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, QMS, CAPA, deviation management, and change control.
Experience in production planning, manpower management, process improvement, and team leadership.
Positive understanding of documentation, traceability, validation, and audit requirements.
Robust problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma / Kaizen would be an advantage.

Required Qualification: - Any Engineering

Salary: - Upto 6.00 LPA
