Analyzing and Managing portfolio risk and maintaining portfolio health.
Recruiting & Managing Team of Regional Technical Managers.
Review & supervising technical team.
Taking Decisions on the valuation referred cases sent by branches.
Evaluation & Review of Technical Vendors work & their renewal terms
Weekly/Monthly Review of Turn around Time of all PAN India LAP Case valuation.
Monitor the quality of collaterals.
