Parsley Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead the recruitment team and drive revenue growth for the organization. The role involves managing a team of recruiters, handling key client requirements, and acquiring recent clients, primarily within the automobile industry.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring and revenue targets.
Generate revenue through the successful closure of recruitment mandates.
Develop and onboard new clients, especially in the automobile sector.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple client requirements.
Maintain robust client relationships and ensure quality service delivery.
Track team performance and ensure monthly billing targets are achieved.
Experience
5–8 years of experience in the recruitment/staffing industry
Minimum 2–3 years of team handling experience
Qualification
Graduate / Post Graduate (HR / Business Administration preferred)
