We're looking for a Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer for a 12-month contract engagement running in the ANZ time zone. You'll be building customer and partner-facing Experience Cloud sites for a telco project, developing custom components, configuring sites in Experience Builder, and integrating them with the broader Salesforce platform and external telco systems.
The role is fully remote. You'll need to keep ANZ business hours for collaboration with the delivery team.
We need someone with real Experience Cloud delivery experience in a telco context. You should be able to show us what you built, how you approached it technically, and how the sites connected to the wider platform and BSS/OSS ecosystem.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Experience Cloud Development
Build and configure Experience Cloud sites using LWC, Aura components, and Experience Builder
Develop custom components where out-of-the-box functionality doesn't meet requirements
Implement data visibility, sharing, and access controls for customer and partner portals
Integrate Experience Cloud sites with Salesforce core objects, Communications Cloud data, and external telco systems
Experience building self-service telco journeys such as account management, billing, plan changes, or service requests
Optimise site performance for high-traffic customer-facing portals
Technical Delivery
Work closely with architects, BAs, and back-end developers to deliver end-to-end Experience Cloud solutions
Translate functional and UX requirements handed to you into working Experience Cloud builds
Support testing, defect resolution, and deployment across settings
Maintain clean, well-documented front-end code and configuration
Contribute to component libraries and development standards used across the project
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-Have
Specific and demonstrable Salesforce Experience Cloud development experience in a telco setting, with real projects you can walk through
Hands-
