We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR qualified to lead HR Operations and Talent Acquisition across India and Saudi Arabia. The role requires a strong blend of recruitment expertise, HR operations excellence, labor law compliance, employee relations, and policy management. The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven capability in managing cross-border HR operations, scaling teams, and supporting business growth in energetic settings.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring requirements
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, referrals, social media, and recruitment networks
Lead hiring initiatives across India and Saudi Arabia, including high-volume and niche hiring
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process




Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
Oversee complete employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits
Manage employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Maintain HRIS systems and ensure employee data accuracy and confidentiality
Support audits and maintain audit-ready HR records and documentation
Streamline HR processes to improve operational efficiency and scalability

Compliance & Labor Law Management
Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and Saudi labor regulations including Saudization, Iqama, GOSI, visa, and work permit requirements
Coordinate with PROs and external agencies for employee documentation, visas, and expatriate workforce management
