About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end recruitment process, work closely with business stakeholders, and play a key role in building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple
functions and business units.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role
requirements and define effective hiring strategies.
Source quality candidates using various platforms
(LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean search, social media, referrals, etc.).
Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates to ensure
a solid talent pipeline.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a
smooth candidate experience.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers / ATS
regularly.




Drive offer negotiations and manage post-offer
engagement to reduce drop-offs.
Provide timely updates and reports to stakeholders
on hiring progress.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives
and process improvements.

Requirements
Key Skills & Experience:
4–7 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience in a fast-paced setting.
Robust experience in tech hiring.
Proven sourcing expertise through multiple
channels.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication
skills.
Experience with ATS / recruitment tools (e.g.,
Zoho) is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities
simultaneously.
