As a member of our ground staff team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and productive operation of our airport.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates
Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, delays, and other airport services
Check and process passengers' tickets and travel documents
Assist passengers with baggage check-in and collection
Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure timely and safe boarding of passengers
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the terminal and boarding gates
Handle any customer service issues and resolve them in a professional and efficient manner
Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage onto aircraft
Adhere to all safety and security procedures and regulations
Perform other duties as assigned by the airport manager
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances
