Roles & Responsibilities – Courier Delivery Executive
Deliver parcels, documents, and shipments to customers within assigned locations.
Ensure safe and timely delivery of courier packages.
Maintain positive customer interactions during deliveries.
Support pickup and dispatch operations when required.
Represent the company professionally in the field.

Responsibilities
Pick up parcels from the warehouse/hub and deliver them to customers.
Verify customer address and delivery details before dispatch.
Obtain customer signature or OTP confirmation upon delivery.
Handle packages carefully to avoid damage or loss.
Update delivery status through mobile application/system.
Maintain daily delivery reports and records.
Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules efficiently.
Coordinate with supervisors and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with company safety and operational policies.




Maintain professionalism and good customer service standards.

Requirements – Courier Delivery Executive
Educational Qualification
Minimum 10th / 12th Pass.

Experience
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Skills Required
Basic smartphone handling knowledge.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Time management and punctuality.
Ability to work independently and responsibly.
Basic knowledge of local routes and navigation.

Mandatory / Preferred Requirements
Two-wheeler preferred.
Valid Driving License preferred.
Ability to handle field work and travel within assigned locations.
