Partner with Regional Business Managers and Store Managers to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
Create region-specific learning plans based on sales performance, mystery audit findings, customer feedback, and operational requirements.
Drive capability-building initiatives for retail teams to improve productivity and customer engagement
