Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries with professionalism and empathy.
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring 100% satisfaction.
Guide customers on product usage, troubleshooting, and service requests.
Calling our existing customers and taking feedback on our products and services.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the system.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Care/Hospitality.
Immediate joiners preferred (or serving notice period).
Robust verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues with patience and professionalism.
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications.
