Manage cross-functional and multi-location teams.
Ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and budget adherence.
Industry & Market Analysis
Analyze upstream market trends, regulatory impacts, and technological advancements.
Provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
Benchmark operational performance against industry standards.
Operational Excellence & Cost Optimization
Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvement frameworks.
Drive cost reduction initiatives without compromising safety or production targets.
Enhance asset utilization and production efficiency.




Innovation & Digital Enablement
Promote adoption of digital tools such as data analytics, AI, IoT, and automation in upstream operations.
Collaborate with technology teams to implement industry-specific solutions (e.g., reservoir modeling, well optimization tools).
Leadership & Team Development
Mentor junior consultants/engineers.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Conduct performance reviews and capability development plans.
Communication & Reporting
Present strategic recommendations and progress updates to senior leadership.
Prepare executive dashboards, reports, and business cases.
